And I’ve spent many, many hours in the past dreaming about how such a change would make me happier and where it could take me in life and in the world.

I know that a lot of people out there have done that too.

I have seen it plenty of times in my own world. And still – after close to 10 years – one of the absolutely most common issues I get emails and comments about is how to stop worrying.
