This purpose of this video is to show how simple and minimalist a ‘hypnosis induction’ can be.
I don’t know whether this would be classified as a ‘rapid induction’ by some, but it is unscripted and geared towards efficiently leading the participant into a pleasant altered state of greater comfort and wellbeing.
